Zambian Horseback Safaris

Located in the Simalaha Wildlife Conservancy of Western Zambia, a stay at Zambian Horseback Safaris allows riders the opportunity to experience a timeless place on horseback; to explore ancient lands, trees, the Zambezi River and enjoy a privileged encounter with the Lozi people of the Simalaha.

We are privileged to be the sole operator in approximately 520,000 km² of prime Zambian wilderness.

Intermediate to Experienced Riders – We offer a 3 night safari or longer for intermediate riders and above.

Novice to Intermediate Riders – We will accommodate riders of all abilities if a group books out the camp on an exclusive-use basis.

For our riding safari, you need to be fit, confident & competent.
